Peter Waller (MSc, FCIB)
Peter worked as an executive director at Abbey National for twenty years, ultimately as the Marketing Director for Banking before setting up as an independent communications and change consultant in 1994.

He has worked at executive and board level since 1981, introducing challenge and change to the way in which organisations deal with and communicate with their staff. His focus is fundamentally on the integrity of the individual in the workplace.

He finds ways of making the difficult more acceptable without compromising the integrity of the individual at work.  Much of what he delivers is bespoke and therefore not formulaic or off the peg, designed to fit each situation to help influence and improve the (emotional) work environment.

Over many years he has often spoken in public, facilitated meetings and acted as compère for events and conferences.

He has a Masters degree in Manpower and Behavioural Sciences, a business degree in Management and became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Banking (FCIB) in 1981.  He has delivered weekend/weekday programmes for DMS and Masters students at Ealing Business School, Leeds and Kingston Universities and London Essex College.  He has also worked with Management Centre Europe in Brussels.

David Dagley is a Chartered Accountant and has over 25 years training experience in management with in-depth experience of a variety of businesses.  He has concentrated on Management & Leadership development and training courses which are particularly well received.  Participants comment on his enthusiasm and energy, practical knowledge and sense of humour, making every topic both enjoyable and memorable, helping to ensure that the courses are effective.  David has worked in the UK, Africa and the Middle East.

Sunny Ahonsi (FCCA, FOTHM, ACIS, ACEA, MCIM, MIVA) has been a professional lecturer,  trainer and author of Text Books in Management, Accounting and Business English.

For over 25 years, he has been specialising in the fields of Marketing, Management,  Accounting & Finance, Leadership & Entreprenuership, Economics & Financial Market and Business English programmes.

He is actively involved in diverse professional training, research and publication. As a trainer and consultant, he holds extensive training experience, in training CEOs and top corporate executives in UK, Russia, Vietnam, China, Nigeria, UAE, Cameroon and Mauritius in the following sectors:

Alan Ainsworth has been a visiting lecturer in Corporate Financial Strategy and Financial Market Analyst for leading MBA programmes of UK Universities

He has addressed Members of the European Parliament on Pensions and Investment Management and is an occasional speaker at national and international conferences on  Straight Through Processing, Client Reporting and Performance Measurement and has published frequently on these topics.
  
He has successfully managed large teams and multi-million pound budgets, achieving significant added value for his clients. He is experienced in the use of industry standard project planning and control techniques and toolsfull System Development Life Cycle, and is familiar with Object-Oriented development techniques and tools.  His particular strength lies in delivering business solutions using appropriate technology while bridging the comprehension gap between front-office business management, operations management and technologists.

Dr. David Wood has more than thirty years of international oil and gas experience spanning technical and commercial exploration and production operations, midstream and downstream projects, contract evaluation and senior corporate management. Industry experience includes Phillips Petroleum, Amoco (Africa, Europe & UK) and Canadian independents (South America, Africa, Middle & Far East) with three years based in Colombia and four years based in Dubai. From 1993 to 1998 he was he was UK Managing Director for Lundin Oil & then Morrison Petroleum responsible for a broad portfolio of assets and a staff of more than 100.

For the past decade he has worked as an independent international consultant and expert witness. He has published an extensive body of work on diverse energy related topics including: the international energy markets, performance modelling of fiscal designs, petroleum economic analysis, enterprise risk & portfolio simulation, LNG, GTL and gas supply, deepwater exploration and production techniques, corporate performance, portfolio and strategy management, mergers & acquisitions, negotiations & project management.

He is actively involved in diverse professional training, research, publication and development programmes. He is a member of the Energy Institute (MEI) and the Petroleum Exploration Society of Great Britain and associate editor of the Journal of Natural Gas Science & Engineering.

Professor David Pinfield (MCIM) is A Business and Management consultant with many UK and International organisations. He graduated from London School of Economics with BSc (Hons) Economics and MSc. With 15 years experience in senior management roles including Marketing Manager with Hwaker Siddeley Company limited and Promotions Manager with Burning Advertising Company Limited. He has 20 years teaching experience including management posts overseas and in the UK with University of Leicester (Lecturer), University of Huddersfield (Senior Lecturer) and University of East London (Principal Lecturer). Whilst with University of East London he was responsible for developing management programmes and was Director of Regional Management Programmes (DMS) including coordinating five affiliated colleges in Essex. Overseas teaching includes one year exchange with Temple University, Pennsylvania, USA. For five years he was examiner for the Case Study subject with the Chartered Institute of Marketing. In the role he wrote a number of case studies used by the Institute for their final examinations.

John Howard has over 30 years’ management experience with “blue chip” companies throughout the world. As a management trainer he has worked in Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia and Latin America.  His main specialities are:-

Dr. Mike O Oluokun is presently an International Management Consultant and Trainer.  He was the Director of the Distance Learning Program at Winston Salem State University School of Business in North Carolina, USA where he also served as an adjunct lecturer.  He has also worked as Training Manager for African Petroleum and Director of Human Resources and Training at RODCO Nig. Ltd.  Dr. Oluokun is an executive facilitator and organisational consultant with extensive training and over 20 years of experience in understanding the functioning of both organisation and the people within them.  With offices in Greensboro, U.S.A and London, England, his focus is on leadership development, creative thinking and knowledge management in organisations   He assists leaders in finding styles that are more successful, authentic and pragmatic. He usually advises them to think outside the box.

Dr Ali Sher (MBA, BA) brings with him 25 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge from the government and corporate arena. He was previously attached to the Education Department of the Malaysian High Commission in London, before being appointed Asia-Pacific Regional Director for Scottish Knowledge Plc in 1997 - a consortium of 13 Scottish universities and 52 colleges of further education supported by a number of Scotland's blue chip corporations - Scottish Power and the Bank of Scotland to promote Scottish education worldwide.

Elena V. Mikhaylova (PhD Psychology) Lecturer of Professional Retraining Programmes at Lomonosov Moscow State University and MBA Programmes at State University - Higher School of Economics, Moscow, Russia; Business Consultant of Organizational Research and Training Centre, London, UK and Academy of Applied psychology, Moscow, Russia; has more than 35 publications (inclusive 4 books) in the organization psychology and business-training areas.
