Terms and Conditions
  1. All applications must be accompanied by copies of relevant certificates, one passport-sized photograph and copy of the passport with photo page and for International Students (based in the UK) a copy of valid UK Residence Permit (student visa) is also required. We regret that we will not be able to consider your application if the above documents are not enclosed.

  2. Fees include VAT and course notes where applicable.

  3. All payments must made payable to RisXcel (UK) Ltd in GB Pounds Sterling via a banker's draft.

  4. Overseas delegates must pay the full course fee.

  5. The above costs exclude additional fees payable to the respective awarding bodies and universities.

  6. Courses, once booked, cannot be cancelled or deferred and the total course fees remain payable.

  7. Representative offices may charge a small admin fee for their services.

  8. As part of the conditions of your enrolment, RisXcel (UK) Ltd will supply respective Universities and other authorised awarding bodies with any relevant information concerning any delegate on request.

  9. All cheques issued must be supported with a cheque guarantee card.

    Note: if your cheque is returned unpaid for any reason, you will incur a charge of £50 + the value of the cheque against your card AND an additional charge of £50 for late payment will apply.

  10. RisXcel (UK) Ltd reserves the right to use its past and current delegates' details and images in its promotional material.

  11. Risxcel (UK) Ltd reserves the right to alter dates, fees, training teams without prior notice.

  12. It is the delegate responsibility to claim and apply for relevant credits from the University and in paying the appropriate fees as when due.
